Exercise is the best way to prevent the formation of kyphosis. What we call kyphosis is the curvature of the spine in the upper back. It appears to be mostly due to postural disorders, developmental disorders and malnutrition. Kyphosis and back pain caused by such reasons are corrected by exercise. For this reason, it is sufficient to do regular kyphosis exercises in our practice. For more severe kyphotic conditions, you should do these exercises under the supervision of a doctor.
